Frequently Asked Questions: A little more about our process.
๐ What does an appointment look like?
Appointments are 1 hour long. There is no hard or fast response to what these look like. Sessions are tailored according to the needs of the family and student. This may include reviewing a draft of a personal statement, reviewing university application criteria, or planning out your course selection. No matter the situation, you are ensured one-on-one support for the duration of your appointment.
๐ Do we have access to resources and material?
Yes! Of course. Far too many services do not provide enough in the way of resources and material to help you on your journey. Resources may include: a strengths profile assessment, a framework for university selection, or a personal education plan, among many others.
โณ What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a fee equivalent to 50% of our standard hourly rate.
